REIKI IN-PERSON SESSION

Each Reiki session at Casa Yoga offers deep relaxation, connection, and energetic alignment. We start with breathwork and meditation, followed by Reiki Usui energy channeled above the body, no touch needed. The space includes healing sounds and crystals. Afterward, I share insights and pull a guidance card. Perfect for stress relief, emotional balance, and inner calm—an invitation to return to your center.

REIKI ONLINE SESSION

Even from afar, Reiki offers deep energetic connection and healing. For your remote session, we set a shared intention and connect around bedtime—when the body naturally begins to relax. I work from my studio, channeling Usui Reiki energy to support your alignment, balance, and inner calm. You’ll receive a curated playlist with relaxing theta frequency music to accompany your rest. After the session, I’ll send you a guidance card and any intuitive messages that came through. A gentle, restorative practice to support your well-being—wherever you are.
