RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, healing practice designed to bring deep relaxation to the body and mind. Using props for full support, we settle into long-held postures that encourage release, balance the nervous system, and promote a sense of calm. This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore your energy.

INTEGRAL YOGA

This is a multi-level Hatha yoga practice. We start with subtle but essential actions, like calming the mind through meditation and pranayama, and gradually build up to a peak posture or flow. We use props to support and deepen the postures, making the practice accessible to all.

VINYASA FLOW

This is a dynamic practice that links breath with movement. Flowing through a series of poses, we create heat, build strength, and increase flexibility. Each class offers a rhythm that encourages mindfulness and presence while moving with the breath. This practice is ideal for those looking for both physical challenge and mental clarity.

YOGA NIDRA

This practice, also known as yogic sleep, guides you to a state between wakefulness and sleep. By focusing on different parts of the body, sensations, emotions, and images, the mind can slow down and rest, calming the brain waves.
