INTEGRAL YOGA
This is a multi-level Hatha yoga practice. We start with subtle but essential actions, like calming the mind through meditation and pranayama, and gradually build up to a peak posture or flow. We use props to support and deepen the postures, making the practice accessible to all.

VINYASA FLOW
This is a dynamic practice that links breath with movement. Flowing through a series of poses, we create heat, build strength, and increase flexibility. YOGA NIDRA
This practice, also known as yogic sleep, guides you to a state between wakefulness and sleep. By focusing on different parts of the body, sensations, emotions, and images, the mind can slow down and rest, calming the brain waves.
